Keeping Healthy
Exercised muscles are stronger and larger and can help organs by contracting and squeezing blood vessels. Exercise can give your muscle strength and endurance. Endurance lets muscles work longer without getting tired. Resistance exercises are when people work against resistance, or weight of an object, which sometimes includes a person's own weight. Aerobic Exercises are steady, moderately intense activity such as jogging, biking, skating, swimming, and walking can increase muscle strength. This type of exercise is mostly for heart and endurance though. Also eating a variety of healthy foods will give your muscles the nutrients to grow strong. Stretching helps warm up and loosen muscles to prevent injuries, and stretching is recommended before any physical activity.
